E-Bikes...not just for the 55+ anymore 😎

We are officially an e-bike family. Steve jumped on the band wagon a few years back and this year we bought the cargo bike for the boys to ride on. And we LOVE it.
The boys love riding on the bike and we have loved exploring. Riding traditional bikes is wonderful but with the beautiful hills in the East Bay, kids & cardiovascular inabilities, non assisted bike riding just isn't in the cards for us right now. If you are curious about our bike purchases or are considering a purchase yourself...we love talking about our e-bikes 😆

The Fed is raising rates, recession... all things that we hear in the media that create fear and uncertainty in our minds.
Although no one can predict the future with 100% certainty, we can look at facts and data. Data tells us that when inflation comes down, so will rates. When rates come down, buyers will emerge! Unless we have a huge increase in inventory in the Bay Area (builders need to build), there wont be enough supply for the buyer demand.
